What version of suse are you using? This will probably only work with 10.3 (where it is installed out of the box) or 10.2 (where it must be installed manually). It hasn't been tested on older versions.

What I meant was that my sound after I installed the SP1, my sound gets low.... doesn't matter if my sound is a 100% I only can hear it like 10%

Sounds like some mixer setting is being turned down, for some reason. But that shouldn't be too hard to fix. I still suggest you update.
