Try grep -i tmp
will give results but not the tmp variable (SESSION_MANAGER=..... and a lot of lines of bash code) -- www.becherer.de

For some reason I have the "temporary directory" set as "td", e.g. $ set | grep '^td' td=/tmp/tmp-david Not sure when or why tmp (or TMP) is now td. Will have to dig into that. -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
