As my cpu is not very fast (PII with 400MHz) and my memory is quit low I have some problems running a good video player. Until recent I went to Icewm in order to reduce the overheads. I normally use KDE which is fast enough for my daily usage. Do not know what I have changed but since short the dvd video are loosing to much information. I have read the xine faq SPEEDUP but run already in problems with xine-check. That program ends with an internal error. AS I hoped to learn from this check program where to look for a speedup I wonder if somebody could give me a hint how to overcome the internal error. Here is the output of the xine-check: Please be patient, this script may take a while to run...
