Hi, I am reporting an old problem I am having since SuSE 9.2. Sometimes when i start the display manager at tty07, and then I want to go back to a text console using CTRL-ALT - F<n> I just see a blank screen and then i should perform several switches using CTRL-ALT-<n> to other consoles until something is displayed in any of the terminals. This only happens when the display manager is active, and when I want to switch from it to a text console, and from text consoles to the graphic one. What could be the reason for this? Anything information I could supply so the cause of the problem could be determined and then find any solution? Thanks a lot for support. -- Jonathan J.
