Hello , I have Suse 8.2, I install this machine not too long ago. When I want to setup the printing, the yast is say that cupsd is not startable. I reinstall all of cups packages, but it is not useable. The cupsd say this: /etc/init.d/cups start returned 0 (Success.) Starting cupsd..done cupsd: Child exited on signal 11! in the error_log I see: I [25/Sep/2003:09:49:11 +0200] Listening to 0:631 I [25/Sep/2003:09:49:11 +0200] Configured for up to 100 clients. I [25/Sep/2003:09:49:11 +0200] Allowing up to 10 client connections per host. I [25/Sep/2003:09:49:11 +0200] LoadPPDs: Read "/etc/cups/ppds.dat", 3017 PPDs... I [25/Sep/2003:09:49:12 +0200] LoadPPDs: No new or changed PPDs... What is this ? What I can do for repairing the cupsd ? -- Hi : KK
