I've installed suse 6.3 in a few machines. In some the installation interface is in text mode and in some other is in X. When I install with the text interface I can partition the hard disk as I want. But when I install with the X interface I cannot choose to partition as i want. My question is, how can I force the text mode installation when installing suse? or how can i avoid automatic partitioning with X installation interface? Boot from CD2 instead of CD1, or make a boot floppy from /disks/boot.img on CD1. ;) -- -=|JP|=- Jon Pennington | Atipa Linux Solutions -o) jpennington@atipa.com | Kansas City, MO /\\ 816-241-2641 x107 | http://www.atipa.com _\_V -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
