Comanche: Known choices error
Running SuSE 7.3 professional. I have Apache installed along with the Comanche that comes on the CDs. Unfortunately I get the following error when I try to configure it to manage a server: Error trying to add Apache installation /usr/lib/comanche/comanche/../plugins/manager/../apmanager/configuration s/1/apache.conf: Unknown choice: . Known choices: startup startup connect connect I'm sure someone has a clue what is going on. This is a fresh, default installation. Thanx, -Chris
Hi, I have just installed SuSE 7.3 (I used 6.2 to 7.0 in the past, but this never came up) and I have a couple of questions. 1. Where is the equivelent to /etc/rc.d/rc.local? If I create an rc.local will it be used? I want to have ntpdate run on bootup. 2. How do I get the menus back in eterm? The version on the CD (and the update on the SuSE web page) seem to be between revisions. The 8.3 on my other (Mandrake 8.0) box has the menu, but the structure of the themes directory and files is different (no themes.cfg file). The 9.3 on the eterm web page has a similar structure, but the theme.cfg file perplexes the SuSE eterm. Updating to 9.3 is an exercise in cascading dependancies. TIA mg

I am not sure, but I just created my own, and then put apropriate links in the /etc/rc.d/rc?.d directories. Read the file /etc/init.d/README for help.

Don't know.
