Hi, as the title says. I added PPPD_OPTIONS='persist' to /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-dsl0, and pppd is started with the 'persist' option (check `ps afx`), but still, it, or smpppd, does not reconnect immediately. This bug has been present in the past, and now it's back again?
