Wait. This:
nameserver 127.0.1.1
only works *IF* you are running a domain server in your own machine; typically it would be dnsmasq, and the real outside DNS would be configured in /etc/dnsmasq.conf.
My Ubuntu 16.04 haven't a /etc/dnsmasq.conf .
Well, then something else, I'm not that familiar with Ubuntu. See, network config says DNS queries are answered by SELF, or localhost. Thus there absolutely needs to be some localhost daemon answering the queries. It could be bind aka named. You must find out what it is, and what outside DNS it queries. I can not help there much.
The other configuration:
nameserver 192.168.100.1
is strange and may not work, because you said your Gateway is 192.168.0.1, as shown in the traceroutes.
Ping 192.168.0.1 have 0% loss packet.
Otherwise, show ping to 192.168.100.1, then find out what this machine is.
Well, what is in "192.168.100.1"? What happens with "ping 192.168.100.1"? If "no response" there you have the problem. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 42.3 x86_64 "Malachite" at Telcontar)
