Is there any installation source I could add to get any version of firefox v2 to work on an amd 64 install? I've googled and rpmfinded like hell but still get failed dependencies. Cheers, Steve.

http://repos.opensuse.org/mozilla/ There are repos for 9.3, 10.0 and 10.1, as well as SLED 10. -- Svetoslav Milenov (Sunny) Even the most advanced equipment in the hands of the ignorant is just a pile of scrap.

Thanks. I found the rpm's but it wouldn't add to my yast installation sources even after 30 minutes wait. So I downloaded manually and installed using rpm: It seems that mozilla-nspr and mozilla-nss go in fine with rpm -Uv but one of either MozillaFirefox-translations or MozillaFirefox-2.O has to be --forced and --nodeps to get it to stick either one of the others to stick. Thanks again. All is now well. Steve.

Todays lesson: You can put 2 or more RPMs on one RPM commandline. This would have helped in your case. Ciao, Marcus
