why reiserfs anyway? any GOOD argument?
because it's a journaling file system. the reason is simple: it's faster, it's safer, and me running on a laptop, there are times when power goes out without bringing the system down, so the fsck first of all take damn long, and then there are very many errors from time to time. with reiserfs, this has never happened. i am also a little BSD descendant... and BSD uses a journaling file system! martin [greetings from the heart of the sun]# echo madduck@!#:1:s@\@@@.net -- the nice thing about windoze is - it does not just crash, it displays a dialog box and lets you press 'ok' first.
