I own a Microdia webcam, but it seems that mine is not supported neither by UVC drivers nor GPSCA, would you please tell me the way you make it work, may be I can figure out how to make mine work following your steps.

There is a very active list right now working active on the 0c45:624x webcam. Because my cam needs the SN9C1xx driver I do not follow those threads in detail. But as a start, here is the way to go.
