[SuSE Linux] Yast and install via FTP
Please could Yast be "fixed" so that it handles "server full" errors better? Selecting install packages by FTP, works fine when the server allows you to connect. However as soon as a server rejects connection because it is busy, Yast seems to completely lose it place. Yast seems to be making a separate connection every time the directory tree is navigated, but when a connection fails it seems to forget where it is in the tree, and pressing <Enter> on the directory to which I wish to enter results in an "unknown directory" error when the server does allow the connection - Thus forcing me to start again. It would be nice if it could "remember" the correct place within the tree and connect to the correct directory when retrying a refused connection. - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e Check out the SuSE-FAQ at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/"><A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A">http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A</A>> and the archive at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html"><A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A">http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A</A>>
