Ah. You write an email to the address that is listed in the "List-Owner" header of every email on each list. Each list may have a different owner or not. Just write to <list>+owner@opensuse.org, that goes for all lists. That is typically directed to ml-admin and then to me. The address of the owner is listed at the bottom of pretty much every email sent by the list, except those you originated for some reason?
