Hi group, I'll happily admit this is purely 'my-fault'.... I'd appreciate any suggestions in trying to reverse/eliminate the result of the following sequence on openSUSE 11.0: Actions: - Copy files to / such that it fills up. - Var log messages shows: Audit daemon is suspending logging due to no space left on logging partition. - Free up some space on /. - Restart the syslog Result: - When I start Firefox 3.0 the /var/log/messages shows: Jul 4 12:35:02 localhost gconfd (mv-26273): GConf server is not in use, shutting down. Jul 4 12:35:02 localhost gconfd (mv-26273): Exiting Jul 4 12:35:26 localhost gconfd (mv-28662): starting (version 2.22.0), pid 28662 user 'mv' Jul 4 12:35:26 localhost gconfd (mv-28662): Resolved address "xml:readonly:/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.mandatory" to a read-only configuration source at position 0 Jul 4 12:35:26 localhost gconfd (mv-28662): Resolved address "xml:readwrite:/home/mv/.gconf" to a writable configuration source at position 1 Jul 4 12:35:26 localhost gconfd (mv-28662): Resolved address "xml:readonly:/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults" to a read-only configuration source at position 2 Jul 4 12:35:26 localhost gconfd (mv-28662): Resolved address "xml:readonly:/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.vendor" to a read-only configuration source at position 3 Jul 4 12:35:26 localhost gconfd (mv-28662): Resolved address "xml:readonly:/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.schemas" to a read-only configuration source at position 4 - Firefox now is a pale shade of brown, which I recognized as Gnome a 'look-and-feel'. - Searching I found the following related to openSUSe 10.1 http://forums.opensuse.org/archives/sf-archives/software/338309-firefox-gcon... Questions: - How can I fix this to get back to my previous nice-kde look and feel? - Is this a bug I should report? What additional information should I include?
