I have a problem with bookmarks in the Konqueror browser that I have not been able to find an answer to. Hoping someone could help? I usually use Mozilla as my browser of choice, but with the java problem under 8.1, I thought I would use Konqueror until they get it right. My connection is only 56k dialup so downloading the 2.95x Mozilla is not an attractive option, and I believe java works fine in Konq.? Anyway, I imported my Mozilla bookmarks into Konq. which is fine, but in my top level (I have some sub folders setup) I have a lot of bookmarks still. When I display then in Konq. they take up more than a screenful and I can find no way to scroll to the end of the listing. They are sorted but I only get to about the T's and I cannot scroll to the W's for example. Also, the Add Bookmark option in Konq. is at the end of the list, and seeing as I cannot see the end of the list, I can't add new bookmarks to this level. Any clues as to how to scroll the listing beyond the full page would be appreciated. Paul.

KDE has a bookmark editor, kbookmarks, which will probably do what you wish. -- Patrick Shanahan Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://counter.li.org icq#173753138
