[SuSE Linux] broken man pages ??
Starting from suse linux 5.2, I installed several patches and upgrades, as they were provided by suse's ftp update server (for version 5.3). After the installation, one of the problems I've encountered and I haven't solved yet are the man pages. Calling a man page has (usually) the following result ira /var/log# man login man: can't resolve symbol 'gzgets' As I can understand there are some incompatibilities with some libraries I've installed. My question is what exactly can I do to have my man pages back again. thanks Stefanos Karasavvidis stefos@multimedia-sa.gr </PRE> <PRE> begin:vcard n:Karasavvidis;Stefanos tel;fax:+30 821 88427 tel;work:+30 821 88447 x-mozilla-html:TRUE url:<A HREF="http://www.multimedia-sa.gr"><A HREF="http://www.multimedia-sa.gr</A">http://www.multimedia-sa.gr</A</A>> org:Multimedia Systems Center S.A. adr:;;Kissamou 178;Chania;;73100;Hellas version:2.1 email;internet:stefos@multimedia-sa.gr title:Electronics & Computer Engineer x-mozilla-cpt:;-1 fn:Stefanos Karasavvidis end:vcard
