[opensuse] OpenSuSE 11.3 repository problems?
Hi all, I am testing the new OpenSuSE 11.3, and i have some problems with the standard repository. When try to download a new package or an update, Yast says to me: Download failed: │ │ Failed to download /repodata/repomd.xml from http://download.opensuse.org/update/11.3/ │ │ History: │ │ - [AbstractCommand.cc:224] URI=http://download.opensuse.org/update/11.3/repodata/repomd.xml │ I have tryed to dowload manually that xml, but it does not exist in the server... Any problem with the new repositories? Marcus, Just for our edification, could you elaborate a bit more. Is it just a redirector issue, or is it a problem with packages (so we don't want to keep downloading at the moment) or what? It is a redirector issue. I do not know more, I just know the people responsible for it are working on it. Ciao, Marcus -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Thanks, I don't guess you can slip a patch in real quick that lets the user choose a specific mirror as an install source after the 50th failed checksum can you :? -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
