I wonder about the intent behind the inclusion of these two paragraphs in the announcement. Paragraph 1 (of course hope springs eternal...), paragraph 2 is just a blanket summation. None of which in any way answer the questions apparently floated by inclusion of paragraph 1 sentence 1. (everything after sentence 1 is what lawyers call "ishkabibble."
