[SuSE Linux] Progress: but help... Now hanging on "Modem Ready"
Hey everyone, Glad to hear you got your modem working BTW Dizzy :-) Well, I went into my BIOS and changed the motherboard com1 thing from disabled to a different address, and slight progress has been made on the kppp front. Now kppp says "Modem Ready" and then just sits there. I know I've had this problem before, I had it with 5.3 originally I'm pretty sure. I know I fixed it, I just can't remember how... Any suggestions welcome! Cheers!
