Hi there, I already posted this message once but I was off the list for a few days so here's my question again: Michael Collins posted the following message once in response to Ramon Diaz, who posted a summary of how he got his writer to work:

All I do is append="hdc=ide-scsi" in lilo.conf and rerun lilo. I then run "modprobe ide-scsi" after reboot.

This with a stock kernel.
