Dear Matt, Hehe, very nice. Well done. Have you thought about setting up a yahoo group or something as a discussion forum for the site? That way we can discuss suggestions/modifications without polluting the SuSE list. Is it possible to set up a project on sourceforge just for a website? That way we could use their maling list tools which would be a better alternative to yahoo groups (html messages/adverts and all that). Just an idea. Thats a good idea about Sourceforge, I do not see why that could be a problem. I could set up the mailing list on my server...Hmmm :-), already got a domain sitting on it. If I install webmin and majordomo I could do that. Only one worry, its on a cable modem and they do not like that too much.. Matt
I think humor would be a great booster for the site. Humor is an excellent way to get a point across to people in a fairly quick amount of time. Excellent idea Diane...I think Monk humor would work wonders. Ooops, wrong mailing list again! I just read Terry Prathett's "Thief of Time", I think I liked that humor :-).... Matt
Cool!. Not a bad beginning. I see about submitting some sites and give some thought to some suggestions. Maybe get a column or user input/comments section. Good job. Cheers. Curtis On Tuesday 05 June 2001 10:04 pm, Matthew wrote:
