buildservice - Why am I getting delete requests for my branched projects?
Devs, Since the Nvidia G05 drivers are not up to date, I branched and patched a community project to make sure that an updated driver for Tumbleweed was available. Now I'm receiving delete requests form some unknown "moderator" for the reason of saving space?? If the problem is the branched status, then how do I turn the branched project into a normal project under my account? -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.

I venture to guess that this is not the best list for this question. There is even dedicated build service list, although I do not know how active it is.

On top are tabs. I think the 8th from left is called "Attributes". Click on that. There should be an attribute named OBS:AutoCleanup. Delete it and you should not receive anymore delete requests for this package. -- On a long enough timeline the survival rate for everyone drops to zero...

Thank You! I have a love-hate relationship with the buildservice site. I love it when it works, I hate it when it outsmarts me.... -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
