Where on the CDs are the kernel RPMs?
Hey, I need to reinstall the kernel RPM off the CD but I can't find it. I'm sure it's named k_smp_2.4 but I just can't seem to find it. Getting it from the ftp site is not an option since networking is broken. Anyone know the name of the rpm the kernel is in? In Yast you can "select Kernel" and boot options I think it is and that will allow you to place a new Kernel on the system. The sources are in Series D1 lx_suse, something like that. Regards, Jon On Tue, 17 Apr 2001, Jonathan Wilson wrote:
