[opensuse] Google Hangouts video no longer working with Firefox
The video chat in Hangouts stopped working recently. When I try to start a video chat, I get an error "The call ended because of an error". I'm then prompted to install the Hangouts pluggin. However, when I click on that, the Google Talk RPM is available for download, which is an earlier version than what I already have. After installing, it's still waiting for the pluggin to be installed. As a result, video chat is now impossible. Has anyone else experienced this? It's a very recent problem tnx jk -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

I also saw there were a lot of packages updated recently. I'm on 13.1, not Tumbleweed though. Hopefully the fix will get to me. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Aren't you confusing Tumbleweed with Evergreen, perhaps? Evergreen updates for 13.1 are coming via the standard update repo. - -- Cheers, Carlos E. R. I am aware of that. My point is that I hope that fix gets to me, as a recent update caused the problem. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
