We've had some reports of this along with the forums issues - the causes are the same on this issue, from what I understand. Let me pass this info along to the folks I'm working with on the forums stuff. Very strange. Clearing cache/cookies help at all? I passed this along, and the guy I talked to said he thinks it might well be related to the other issues we're seeing. Clicking new in an open bugzilla window fails. I opened seamonkey and tried there. Successfully logged in, new works fine. Cleared novell cookies in firefox, and success too. Go figure. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. Yeah, redirect loop seems to be cookie related. Jim -- Jim Henderson Please keep on-topic replies on the list so everyone benefits -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

I had this exact same problem a while ago - I was trying to login to the wiki, iirc. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (16.6°C) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

I should have added - it was fixed at the time, but I don't remember if I opened a bugreport or not. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (20.5°C) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Good to know. The person I passed it along to has been looking into the forum issues, but the issue you and Carlos both described affects more than the forums, and may be something related to the old load balancer. There is a possibility that connections via IPv6 are unaffected (they go through a different appliance), so it might be interesting to note if you see this again if you're connecting via IPv4 or IPv6. It's unclear to me if this issue is related to that load balancer or not, but I'm just gathering info and passing it along.
