[opensuse] SLES 11 and iscsi disks: HowTo mount?
We are running SLES11 and try to mount an iscsi disk let's say /dev/sdb1 to /disk. However after a reboot, the server says it can't find the disk sdb. After clearing fstab and restart the iscsi disk is then mounted at /dev/sdb1 with a mount point of /media/disk. What is the secret to get the disk to mount at the specified mount point? I wonder it I should answer at all... this is a public mail list anybody in the wrold can read >:-P Mmm... I'll risk it. You should not mount by devices, you have to use labels or ids (look in /dev/disk/). - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
