Which version of openSUSE are you using? Which browser are you using?

Probably you've no longer got them associated with the correct helper application.

Well, I use OpenSuSE 11.1 and whatever Firefox comes with it (v 3+). Yes, it is possible the helper application is no longer associated... though why, I never changed any relevant settings that I know of? ... At any rate, what's the correct helper application? I just peformed a clean install of opensuse 11.1 on a computer and I experienced the same problem. Either using firefox or konqeror. I do not have the choice to execute the ymp script. I never encoutered this before, and I wonder wether it could be related to the opensuse servers shutdown during this week end ?

Yes it looks like the webserver is serving it as text/plain while it should be serving it as text/x-suse-ymp.

Please file a bug report against the download infrastructure.

Its working now ! Tested with firefox on the link above.

That it didn't work for a few days was fallout from the replacement setup that we where running at the time. We had a temporary download.opensuse.org setup on a different machine, and the setup was lacking the MIME type for ymp files. That's also why it worked again later, when we migrated back to the original server.
