ALIX.2D13, 500MHz, 256MB, 3*LAN, 1*mPCI, USB, battery This one should be able to hold a full version of openSUSE. It has a Geode LX800 CPU, which is x86 compatible. RouterBOARD RB/450G, 680MHz, 256MB RAM, 5*GBit LAN This board has an Atheros AR7161 CPU which is based on MIPS architecture, thus not x86 compatible. AFAIK, there is no MIPS support on openSUSE. But, I may be wrong. Maybe someone on this this list will tell you I've made a mistake...
Of course if you are a happy user of another board please provide info Currently, I use one of these motherboards http://www.jetway.com.tw/jw/ipcboard_view.asp?productid=573&proname=NC92-330-LF with this daughter board http://www.jetway.com.tw/jw/ipcboard_view.asp?productid=174&proname=AD3RTLANG-LF (There are better choices now)
You should also check the Zotac and VIA website for more of these mini-itx x86 based boards. VIA also has pico-itx and nano-itx. For a broader view also check http://www.mini-itx.com/ and http://www.linitx.com/
