Sure did!
I find that a little difficult to believe.
Tell me, which source was it you were trying to recompile? Your compile complained about a redefinition of kernel_ulong_t on line 15 of mod_devicetable.h, but in all the versions I've been able to track down, it's on line 12.

I even forced a re-install of the kernel sources from RPM.
Something is obviously wrong somewhere. It works on all my machines, and given that you have to go through this in order to install the nvidia driver and other kernel modules, if there were such a basic error in the kernel source, I think we would have heard a lot more about it by now What exactly does your include/linux/mod_devicetable.h look like? Could you send it?
