I think you've already answered your own question... the video file is DRM encrypted. You cannot view that file on Linux... or at least you cannot view that file until you have a media player that recognizes DRM encrypted content and has DRM license management capabilities. You want to play DRM content, you have to use an OS and media player that supports DRM... ie MS Windows and MS Media Player.
