I was wondering if anyone knows a a good GUI client for mySQL? I'd like to be able to edit my tables with a little more ease that a command line. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance Bill
I don't know how you feel about web interfaces, nor if you have PHP installed, but there is one that I like by the name of phpMyAdmin. A quck look on Sourceforge or Freshmeat should dig it up. I have set it up on a couple of boxen and it worked quite nicely. Take a look at it and see if that would suit your purpose! Hope that helps! Geordon P.S. There is also a Webmin interface for MySQL that you might want to look at. It's another web-based one, but as there are a LOT of useful bits to Webmin, you might want to look at that one as well. http://www.webmin.com/webmin ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bill Heese" <bill@tco.com> To: "SuSE Linux" <suse-linux-e@suse.com> Sent: Wednesday, May 09, 2001 8:15 PM Subject: [SLE] Re: mySQL GUI client
