Subject: RE: [SLE] StarOffice5.2 and Java/PGP
Sorry, I meant web pages i view within star-office work with java ..not
an external browser, therefore some of the java seems to be working. Ive
checked my path and /usr/lib/java/bin is there. Ive checked all the java
executables and they all work, If i run the java console from the link in
bookmarks it works no problems and i can view all the threads etc with no
errors. The Java system monitor works as well, but the pie chart jumps
around a lot and i cant close it. Ive run out of ideas. Im thinking i
will just have to forget about using PGP with staroffice.
Thanks Adam
<p><p>> Adam,
Java will work ok in webpages, because most browsers have there own
version
of a Java Virtual machine embedded into it (except for HotJava browser).
U might have to check your path variable and make sure it has the bin
directory of your Java installation in it as well.
