Missing window frames on XFCE after update
Hi, I had to shutdown my machine due to impending power outage. Clever me I figured I'd update before shutdown to pick up whatever was new. Well, whatever is new since my last update on openSUSE Leap 15.5 messed up my XFCE settings. When I start a new application there are no window frames and everything starts in the upper left hand corner. Alt-Tab is not working to switch between apps Since there are no window frames I cannot move windows around. And there is only 1 workspace, albeit the workspace settings dialog shows that there should be 4, which is what I had setup prior to system shutdown. Any ideas? Hi, Thanks for the tips. I ended up removing .cache/session, .cache/xfce4 and moved my settings out of the way .config/xfce4 then rebooted. That got me back to the default. Then I repeated the process but moved my .config/xfce4 back into place. After that things started working again. Well it worked, but this really shouldn't happen. As a history major, I was assigned to write an in-depth analysis of the French Revolution, a topic that can be quite challenging due to its complexity and the vast amount of historical data available. In my search for information, I came across PaperWriter's blog dedicated to french revolution essay https://paperwriter.com/blog/french-revolution-essay which helped me in determining my approach. Not only did it provide a structured outline for covering such a vast topic, but it also highlighted the key events, figures, and ideologies that needed to be included in the essay. The blog's advice on creating a compelling narrative and integrating critical analysis was particularly useful.
