I downloaded the file firewall2-a4-0-9.pdf from sourceforge but I can't open it with acrobat nor gv. Is there a text or html version anywhere? Acrobat could not open 'firewall2-a4-0-9.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been corrupted (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). It works fine for me in Acroread. I suspect you may have done what I did way too many times: right clicked and selected "Save as" or shift-clicked the download link. That gives you an html page that contains links to mirrors.
