Password: 230-Hello usr09.primenet.com, there are 1 (max 10) users logged in at the moment. Local time is: Sat Jul 1 00:46:55 2000 Please use your email address as password and NOT silly words like "mozilla@" or "WWWuser@", as some Web browsers do! If you have any questions concerning this ftp archive or would like to announce your uploads, please send a mail to the ftp-admin of this server: ftpadm@localhost All transfers are logged. If you don't like this, disconnect now. 230 Anonymous access granted, restrictions apply. Remote system type is UNIX. Using binary mode to transfer files. ftp> ls 227 Entering Passive Mode (24,30,182,71,4,12). I then time out. This is because of my firewall script deny rules, which I thought I had correct, that is allowing ftp data to high ports. Here is more info, please correct me if I have sumthang mucked up :p ______________ Output of /var/log/messages: Jul 1 00:46:55 sc-24-30-182-71 proftpd[1501]: sc-24-30-182-71.socal.rr.com (usr09.primenet.com[206.165.6.209]) - ANON ftp: Login successful.
