SUSE 11.1 and VLC 0.9.9a Every time I start VLC, the dev is garbage and I have to keep reseting it to "/dev/sr0" Why won't it stay ? First off: vlc 1.0.1 would be the recent version.

Why won't it stay ?

I'm not sure, but 1,0 was released a while ago and is in the repositories for 11.1.
