Sure, you have Adobe Acrobat for the ebooks in pdf format, Mozilla for the ones in html, and less for the txt ones. There are even readers or conversors for palm ebooks and others. If you mean the ones for Microsoft Ebook Reader, well, is a closed format afaik, and the only way to read them under linux is running with vmware, win4lin or some of the wine flavors the Microsoft Ebook Reader.
