All of a sudden Konqueror has started giving these crash messages on close. It happened after I visited a page at mvp.qdesign.com, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. It was working great up until today, though. Has anyone else come across this? Is there any way to reinstall it fresh? Kevin
How about deleting the cache and cookies first. Reinstalling is not a good idea because if it's reading something in it's configs or cache then those will still be there because they are in your .kde2 directory in your home directory. Try that first..then you can do the other. * Kevin Donnelly (kevin@www.dotmon.com) [010507 12:53]: ->All of a sudden Konqueror has started giving these crash messages on close. ->It happened after I visited a page at mvp.qdesign.com, but I don't know if ->that has anything to do with it. Hi Ben I've renamed the following files: file:/home/kevin/.kde2/share/apps/kcookiejar/cookies file:/home/kevin/.kde2/share/config/konq_history file:/home/kevin/.kde2/share/config/konqlistviewrc file:/home/kevin/.kde2/share/config/konquerorrc file:/home/kevin/.kde2/share/apps/konqueror/konqueror.rc file:/home/kevin/.kde2/share/apps/susehelpcenter/konqprofile.tmp and deleted the site cookies from Settings/Configure/Cookies. Where is the cache located? Thanks Kevin
