[opensuse] I can't seem to get my public IP's to forward properly.

Here is the script I created to setup the routes.

I had something similar working around 2008 before my stroke. I had my
HD fail and and to re-install openSUSE 13.2. It's and old machine and
newer versions of openSUSE will not work on the machine.
I really need some assistance on getting this working.

You seem to have two public IP ranges - 166.70.62.0/28 and 198.60.105.0/24 ? From the 198.60.105.2 machine I'm able to access everything. but from an other 198.60.105.x machine everything stops at 166.70.62.2 I'm not able to go out to the internet and likewise everything from the internet also stops at 166.70.62.1/2

Looks like your DSL Modem (166.70.62.1) does not have a route to the net 198.60.105.0/24 via your opensuse gateway 166.70.62.2
