Hi all.
What I done ?
1. check cat /proc/sys/kernel/usb/hotplug
In my case point was /sbin/hotplug-beta so I deinstall it.
2. I set in /etc/hotplug usbcam script to set permissions to my camera
3. I edit usbcam.usermap file and add Canon A75 ID's to it
4. Now it working as USB PTP camera :-)
I'm happy
