Anyone else having any issues with signatures of packages on the ftpsite while using YOU? I tried to update a couple packages and got this... ---- Retrieving autoyast2: "Auto-installation Configuration System" Error: Signature check failed. Retrieving e2fsprogs: "Utilities for the second extended file system" Error: Signature check failed. Download finished. ---- -- Ben Rosenberg ---===---===---===--- mailto:ben@whack.org Tell me what you believe.. I tell you what you should see.

O don't know what happened here but after I downloaded these packages, YOU finished (crashed?) without doing anything. I did not see a message like yours I use SuSE 8.0, last update was a few days ago without errors so there seems to be something wrong with the e2fs packages. --Kees
I ran updates on two of my boxes last night... one is 8.0, the other is 8.1. Both ran without incident. <shrug> - Herman On Wed, 9 Oct 2002, Kees Bergwerf wrote: ->Op woensdag 9 oktober 2002 07:23, schreef Ben Rosenberg: -> ->> I tried to update a couple packages and got this... ->> ->> ---- ->> Retrieving autoyast2: "Auto-installation Configuration System" Error: ->> Signature check failed. ->> Retrieving e2fsprogs: "Utilities for the second extended file system" ->> Error: Signature check failed. ->> Download finished. ->> ---- -> ->O don't know what happened here but after I downloaded these packages, YOU ->finished (crashed?) without doing anything. ->I did not see a message like yours -> ->I use SuSE 8.0, last update was a few days ago without errors so there seems ->to be something wrong with the e2fs packages. -> -> -> ->--Kees -> -> ->
