I can't get this to work properly on my wife's portable - and I was just beginning to persuade her to adopt Linux! (Suse 8.1) Does anyone know what it should be configured as in Yast - or do I have to set it up manually in some other way? At the moment, the cursor is well to the right of what it is really pointing to. Best wishes Timothy Mason

Thank you very much for the address. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to tackle my problem ; the programme at that web-site is designed to test the wheel mechanism of the M-S48. The problem I am having is that the mouse actually points at a spot to the right of where its action is effective. I have tried all the possibilities in the YAST menu ; on some of them, it works for a while and then slips over to the right again. I think I had better offer it a decent funeral and replace. Best wishes Timothy Mason
