There were some recent updates, including kernel to my 12.2 systems. I now have a "Grub 2" item in the boot menu. When I try it, I get a file not found error and the computer processed to a very basic menu. Typically you should be able to just ignore the grub 2 entry, as I take it the legacy option is booting OK? Not really, all your options are gone... Like booting 3 from the cli there is impossible, because it is not there anymore... It can only boot your installs. When I upgraded to 12.1 from 11.0, Grub 2 appeared briefly in the menu, but had disappeared for subsequent reboots. I see there's a couple of items in Yast > Software Management.
