[SLE] HELP!!! Internal compiler error...
I ahve been working with SuSE Linux for about a year now. On this one machine that I installed the other night, and reinstalled tonight, I am getting a internal compiler error when compiling vim. The thing that is REALLY strange is that most of the time when I restart the compiler it is able to compile the file in question. It compiles a few more and then errors out again. I run make again, file compiles, few files later it dies again. This is the exact error I am getting: gcc -c -I. -Iproto -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -g -O2 -Wall -Dbool=char -DHAS_BOOL -I/usr/local/include -I/usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i586-linux/CORE ex_docmd.c gcc: Internal compiler error: program cc1 got fatal signal 11 make[1]: *** [ex_docmd.o] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/vim-5.7/src' make: *** [all] Error 2 glob:/usr/src/vim-5.7 # Anyone have any ideas what the problem is? -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq
