Have you tried the drivers here? http://www.linux-wlan.com/linux-wlan/index.html IIRC, the driver package comes with its own version of iwconfig and you need to use a non-standard conf file. I'm sure there were a number of posts about this on this list a little while back .. try searching through the archives. sjb
