so you installed a new kernel or initrd, or moved the existing kernel/initrd to another place on disk (_physical location_ matters!) and forgot to run "lilo"... boot a rescue system and run lilo. Just boot from CD #1, answer all questions as if you'd start a new installation, and screen #4 or #5 of yast2 will give you the choice - new installation - update system - boot installed system (your selection should be obvious...)
