Hi all! Of late I noticed that my apache has been exiting strangely.... When httpd is started, it actually starts and then stops leaving the following messages in the logs: [Sun Jan 13 18:25:54 2002] [notice] Apache/1.3.19 (Unix) (SuSE/Linux) configured resuming normal operationsresuming normal operations [Sun Jan 13 18:25:54 2002] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec) [Sun Jan 13 18:25:54 2002] [alert] Child 3374 returned a Fatal error... Apache is exiting! Does anyone know what could be causing this? thanks, ---- Greg, CFI(U) ,,, /'^'\ ( o o ) oOOO--(_)--OOOo----------------------

Does your /var/log/httpd/logs say anything unusal? Sounds like a configuration or shared library problem. -- $|=1;while(1){print pack("h*",'75861647f302d4560275f6272797f3');sleep(1); for(1..16){for(8,32,8,7){print chr($_);}select(undef,undef,undef,.05);}}
