[SuSE Linux] Big HD with old BIOS
Hi, A collegue of mine wants to run a Linux server on an old 386 but its BIOS does not recognize HDs larger than 240 MB (he wants to use an 800 MB HD). I thought I read somewhere that Linux circumvents certain BIOS functions. Will it be possible use a HD bigger than 240 MB on this PC under Linux?
