[opensuse] SuSEfirewall2: unable to connect to DMZ from behind NAT
I'm running a firewall server with three zones, internal, dmz, and external, on eth0, eth1, & eth2 respectively. Everything works fine however I am unable to connect to my dmz from behind NAT. any ideas ? Thanks,
You changed terms of reference in mid post, leading to confusion. Where is this NAT of which you speak? On this machine, or another machine? Are you trying to connect from the Internal zone to the DMZ? Are you trying to connect from the External zone to the DMZ? Be more precise in the question please. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

sorry about that .. lets try again. I have a single server which runs a few services and also serves as a firewall (running SuSEfirewall2) The server has three zones, internal (masqueraded), External, and a DMZ. Everything works except when I try to connect to my DMZ service (in this case httpd, ejabberd) and the connection times out. Connection that are not masqueraded work fine. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
